Talent shepherding is the intentional ministry of discovering, restoring, forming, equipping, releasing, and multiplying the God-given potential of every person for Christ’s mission and transformation of nations. It is rooted in Jesus the Good Shepherd, who knows, feeds, heals, protects, leads, and sends His people.
