The TFFN Story
Why TALENTFORMED FOR NATIONS Was Born
TFFN emerged from a growing recognition that many churches, ministries, organizations, and communities possess significant human potential but lack adequate systems for recognizing, shepherding, developing, and deploying that potential.
The Diagnostic Gaps We Identified
Many people are gifted but remain undeveloped.
Many leaders are trained but not shepherded.
Many organizations have strategic plans but struggle to translate strategy into people development.
Many churches have programs but lack pathways for people to mature into effective servants and leaders.
Many young people possess enormous potential but lack developmental relationships that help them connect their identity, gifts, calling, character, competence, and mission.
